Bookings and Cancellations

1. Bookings can be made via phone, email, or my website.

2. When booking a brief visit will be conducted of your home. This is to assess the property to make sure it is safe, and to give me an idea of what needs cleaning prior to your first cleaning appointment.
3. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of services. Cancellations made with less than this will be billed for that clean.
4. I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, illness or force majeure events.

​5. All clients who book acknowledge I can only clean what I can within the time. As the amount of cleaning can change with it being a lived in home, anything not completed within the time you will be notified and this will be carried over to your next clean.

Payments

6. Payments can be made by either cash or bank transfer on the day of the clean. You will be sent an invoice on the day of the clean specifying how much is to be paid.

7. If payment is not received by the time specified I reserve the right to cancel my services.

8. Cash payments will not be sent an invoice unless requested by the client. But will be given verbal instructions to pay for the clean by the end of the day.

Access to premises

9. You must provide access to the property at the agreed service time. Failure to provide access may result in a missed appointment, and being billed for that clean.
10. If keys or security codes are provided, I will ensure they are kept secure and used solely for the purpose of providing cleaning services.

Accessibility

11. All rooms must remain vacant and accessible to allow me to clean.

​

Insurance and Liability

12. I hold public liability insurance to cover damage or injury caused by myself.
13. You agree to report any damage caused by myself within 24 hours of the incident.

Photography/ Social Media

14. To build up my business and clientele, I will be uploading some before and after pictures, and general photos of my cleaning work. If this is something you are not comfortable with and would like to opt out of. Please write to me via email letting me know and making me aware.
